A Young refreshing, fruity white wine, made from the indigenous Hondarrabi Zuri grape varietal.
Vineyard:
Located 300m above sea level on the coast of Bay of Biscay, it is characterized by a deep soil composed of slate and granite.
Viticulture:
Intensive viticulture of maximum vegetative intervention to promote the aeration and avoid excessive humidity.
Winemaking:
Special selection of the grapes with prefermentation maceration and pressing slow at low pressures. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
